Reusable Straws
April's challenge is to give up plastic single-use straws. We all know that plastic single-use straws are bad for us and bad for the environment, so it's time to say good-bye.
Reusable straws come in a variety of materials and you can decide which one is best for you. You can pick from, glass, bamboo, stainless steel, silicone, or a stainless steel and silicone combination. You can buy reusable straws just about anywhere or online from most stores or Amazon.
My personal pick is a stainless steel and silicone combination that is made by Kleen Kanteen. We have two sets and they are handy to use and easy to clean. Each set cost about ten bucks and we use them every day.
It doesn't matter which reusable straws you get, just take the time and make the effort because it's so important.
